Wow, it kicked The Illusionist off the list, huh? I think I might be seeing it tonight…Loved Memento and Batman Begins, and I likes me the magicians, so I think I’ll give it a whirl…*hugs*

  2. Ryan says:

Ok, so where did you find “Daywatch”? I wasn’t aware it was out yet in the US….

  3. Drey says:

Daywatch came out in Russia some time ago, so it is available through the usual internet channels.I would imagine it will be released theatrically next year. Dusk Watch comes out in Russia next year as well, but I suspect it won’t make it here until 2008.

  4. Ryan says:

I have to protest the bumping of The Illusionist. Perhaps it was just that I’d already read the (excellent) book, but I didn’t think The Prestige was nearly as good as the Illusionist, or as magical.

  5. Drey says:

The Prestige wasn’t as magical, but I thought it was more clever than the Illusionist. Early on in the Illusionist, it was clear there was going to be a happy twist ending. I had no idea what was going to happen in The Prestige.

Got something to say? Go for it!
